What: The League of Women Voters – Lake Forest/Lake Bluff is hosting a panel discussion with Julie Hamos, Director of the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services and Dr. Steven Potsic, public health consultant, who will explain many of the provisions and impacts of the Affordable Care Act, a k a Obamacare.
