What: Latino Coalition CLULC, NAACP of Lake County, North Shore Ministers Alliance, Delta Sigma Theta Inc Waukegan Alumnae, Black Chamber of Commerce, Lake County and The Hispanic Network Group of Lake County present this candidate’s debate for Office of the Mayor, Waukegan, and Office of the City Clerk, Waukegan.
