The testimony at this hearing will become part of the official record and will influence the legislature as it considers new gun-related laws. The hearing is open to the public. Elaine Nekritz, to tell her that you do not want Illinois to pass any concealed carry legislation until all appeals have been taken of the federal court decision and if the request for a rehearing is granted, there is no need to pass a new law. Ask Rep. Nekritz to make your email a part of the official record of her committee, and tell her the name of the town where you live.
