Where: Pegasus Restaurant, 130 S. Halsted St., Chicago

What: You are invited to the Independent Voters of Illinois-Independent Precinct Organization (IVI-IPO) Best Aldermanic Voting Records Award night to honor eight finalists. The awards will be presented by former Alderman and Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle.
