The Waukegan Leadership Council is proud to present this year’s edition of the Fiestas Patrias Parade. Celebrate the Mexican parade and sister nations whose independence also takes place in September: Belize, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua.
