What: Illinois Campaign for Political Reform (ICPR) invites you to their Fall Fundraiser, “Legends of Reform,” at Buddy Guy’s Legends. Help honor two legends in Illinois reform.
The 2012 Paul Simon Public Service Award will be presented to Mary Lou Aagaard and the inaugural “ICPR Emerging Leader Award” will be presented to Josina Morita. The event will also feature political cartoons provided by Award-Winning Cartoonists Tim Jackson of the Chicago Defender and Jack Higgins of the Chicago Sun-Times, as well as Cajun-style appetizers, hosted beer and wine and soft drinks, and the bluesy ambiance of one of Chicago’s best music clubs.
