Film Showing of “The Invisible War” in Arlington Heights

The Northwest Suburban Peace and Education Project, Iraq Veterans Against the Wat, and the N/NW Suburban Chapter-National Organization for Women are sponsoring The Invisible War, a 2012 Sundance Film Festival award winning documentary. After seeing the film, which exposes the issue of widespread rape in the U.S. military, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta ordered changes in how reported rapes will be investigated.
