State Representative Daniel Biss will open a six-part series of community discussions on critical state issues. The first topic, “Medicaid in Illinois: Recent Reforms and the New Federal Landscape,” will cover recent Illinois changes as well as the Affordable Care Act. The forum guest will be Julie Hamos, Director of the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services.
