Interfaith Housing Center of the Northern Suburbs (IHC) is holding a free workshop that can help you learn how to protect your fair-lending rights, avoid becoming a victim of a mortgage scam, and help negotiate loan modifications. The IHC is HUD-certified as a housing counseling agency and has counselors fluent in Polish, Russian, and Spanish, as well as English.
