“Out of Many, One – E Pluribus Unum” 2012 Benefit and Celebration is the theme of ICIRR’s recognition of advocacy and service in the area of immigrant and refugee rights. Awards will go to Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle, Dave Bender, Grace Hou, the Immigrant Youth Justice League and Margie McHugh. Special recognition for the Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus.
