You are invited to a panel discussion on the need for township government in Evanston. Phil Rogers, NBC 5 reporter, will moderate the discussion. Panelists include Bob Porter, Township Officials of Cook County Administrative Coordinator; Emily Miller, Better Government Association Policy & Government Affairs Coordinator; and Sam Yingling, Avon Township Supervisor.
