Gov. Adlai Stevenson Featured on C-Span Series This Week

The C-Span series on presidential candidates, “The Contenders,” will be live at the Stevenson home in Illinois this week. The host and guest panel members will take your calls during the program. The show airs at 8:00 pm and runs for 2 hours. A taped repeat will air at 11:00 pm on Friday, and the video will be available in the C-Span archive. Click here for the website.

Governor Stevenson’s speeches are available on the website and the program will sample them as they present historic media coverage of his career in government. Links to the Adlai Stevenson Center on Democracy and the Adlai Stevenson High School are on the website.
