Fort Sheridan Fort2Base Runs Offer Participants Choice of Distance

Location: The Fort2Base Run begins at Patton Dr. near Second St. in Fort Sheridan and continues through to the Great Lakes Naval Station, a distance of 10 Nautical Miles (11.5 miles).
The shorter course stretches 3 Nautical Miles (3.45 miles) within the private expanses of Great Lakes Naval Station. Both courses offer participants a unique glimpse into both the scenic vistas of the North Shore as well as the magnificence of Illinois’ great military encampments.
