Third Annual Family Fun Fest at Holy Family Medical Center in Des Plaines

Date: Sunday, August 20, 2011

Time: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Location: 150 N. River Rd., Des Plaines

A full schedule of fun and health-related activities for parents and children includes one free backpack for the first 100 children age 18 and under who attend. Sports and school physicals will be offered at a reduced rate of $30. Not included are immunizations, lab tests, or X-rays. Please bring your immunization records with you. Call 877-RES-INFO to register.

Holy Family Fun Fest 2011 is co-sponsored by State Senator Dan Kotowski (33rd District), State Senator Susan Garrett (29th District) and Lattof YMCA of Metro Chicago and organized in collaboration with the City of Des Plaines Health & Human Services Department.
