Rep. Daniel Biss is hosting a free Phone Bill Clinic put on by experts from the Citizens Utility Board. They will help optimize your plan in ways to save money. Bring your phone bill and a CUB expert will sit down with you one on one, explain all the confusing charges and give you money-saving tips.
