Please join the Wheeling and Palatine Township Democratic Organizations for the 2011 Patrick S. Botterman Breakfast and Award Ceremony featuring the Honorable Toni Preckwinkle, President, Cook County Board. All proceeds will maintain the Joint Democratic Headquarters in Arlington Heights.
