Statement from President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden on the Passing of Former First Lady Rosalynn Carter
“Throughout her incredible life as First Lady of Georgia and the First Lady of the United States, Rosalynn did so much to address many of society’s greatest needs. She was a champion for equal rights and opportunities for women and girls; an advocate for mental health and wellness for every person; and a supporter of the often unseen and uncompensated caregivers of our children, aging loved ones, and people with disabilities.” Read the full statement here.

Lake Dems Co-sponsored and Participated in Numerous Petition Events

There was tremendous attendance at petition events at the Lake County Democratic Headquarters in Waukegan, Lake Dems Headquarters in Highland Park, locations in Mundelein, Gurnee, and Lake Zurich. Thousands of signatures were gathered, petitions notarized and reviewed for legal compliance, then transported to our Democratic candidates up and down the ballot.
It’s not too late to get help with your petitions from Lake Dems. Other petition events are being planned including one for this Saturday:
|
Lake Dems and Moraine Township Democrats Petition Event
