AFL-CIO Labor to Labor Rally and Phone Bank for Brad Schneider in Lincolnshire

When: Saturday, September 29, 2012 from 9:30 – 10:30 am; Sunday, September 30, 2012 at 3:00 pm

Where: Rally and phone bank at UAW Region 4 Hall, 680 Barclay Blvd., Lincolnshire

What: Come out and meet Brad Schneider, candidate for 10th Congressional District. There will be a Labor Walk immediately following the rally. Members are asked to wear their NALC Delivering for America, Save Americas Post Office or Red COLCPE shirt

North Shore Jewish Community Candidate Forum

When: Monday, October 15, 2012; Doors open 6:45 pm, Program begins 7:00 pm

Where: B’nai Jehoshua Congregation, 1201 Lake Cook Rd., Deerfield

What: B’nai Jehoshua Beth Elohim and 22 other Jewish organizations are hosting a federal and state legislative forum that will include candidates from the 9th and 19th Congressional Districts. All major party candidates were invited to participate.

What: LWV-Lake Forest/Lake Bluff, LWV-Highland Park/Highwood, LWV-/Deerfield, Union League of Chicago and Patch.com online news are sponsoring a forum for 10th Congressional District candidates Brad Schneider and Robert Dold, and candidates for state senate, state representative and Lake County Board.

State Senator-Elect Daniel Biss Dialogue on “Where We Stand: How Illinois Really Compares to Other States”
