State Representative Rita Mayfield will co-sponsor a Town Hall Meeting with Mothers on a Mission to Stop Violence (MOMSV). Rep. Mayfield has introduced House Bill 1237, which will clarify the rights of crime victims and witnesses, and streamline communication.The meeting will address the issues of violence, victims’ rights, and a gun law proposal under consideration.
Public safety issues are high on Rep. Mayfield’s priority list and she encourages feedback from her constituents in the community.
