Kirk Turns Back on Immigrants

When Illinois Sen. Mark Kirk campaigned in Spanish for the U.S. Senate job, he promised to help Latino families start their own businesses and combat gangs. Kirk failed to do just that when he voted against the DREAM Act last week.
