When: Sunday, November 23, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00pm

Where: Wheeling Park District, 100 Community Blvd., Rm 204 & 205, Wheeling, and on Zoom (note: new location)

What: This event includes two rotating breakout sessions and a community resource fair hosted by attorneys and local organizations. Hands Off Wheeling aims to empower community members to understand their legal rights and protect themselves from scams and online crimes. Food and drinks will be provided. RSVP IS REQUIRED for safety purposes. If you feel more comfortable, there will also be a virtual option provided. We can share a Zoom link with you, an RSVP is REQUIRED.
