What: Meet like-minded people, talk about what’s on your mind, and celebrate National Ice Cream Month at the Lake Dems Open House and Ice Cream Social during ArtWauk. Waukegan’s monthly celebration of its growing arts community, Artwauk is when shops and vendors in the downtown lakefront area surrounding the historic Genesee Theatre stay open late, creating a festive atmosphere.
