What: League of Women Voters of Northwest Lake County, NAACP, Round Lake Area Public Library, Mariposas Women’s Collective and Mano A Mano sponsor a candidate forum that gives community members an opportunity to meet the candidates and hear their positions on issues. Audience members can submit questions that will be moderated by the League. Spanish language interpretation services will be provided. Democratic Primary candidates for Lake County Board Districts 2 and 16 are Esiah Campos (16), Shawn Killackey (2), Yesenia Jaycee Ochoa (16) and Linda Troester (2). Democratic Primary candidates for Illinois House District 62 are Laura Faver Dias, Thomas Maillard and Terry Wilke.
