Featuring guest speakers Alexi Giannoulias, candidate for Illinois Secretary of State, and Indivisible Midwest Representatives. 7pm.
Thursday, 10/21: Virtual Reception for Susana Mendoza with Stacey Abrams. A virtual reception for Illinois Comptroller Susana Mendoza with special guest Stacey Abrams. Online via Zoom. 5-7pm.

Sunday, 10/24:Lake County Board Member Marah Altenberg Campaign Kickoff Event.2-4pm,Brother’s Field, 344 Old McHenry Rd., Long Grove.
Wednesday, 10/27: Deputy Voter Registrar Training in Waukegan. Free training through the County Clerk’s office. Sign-ups taken up to 24 hours before class starts. Space is limited due to COVID-related restrictions. 3-5pm, Lake County Court Tower – Sheriff’s Training Room, 301 Washington St., FL 1, Waukegan.
Thursday, 10/28:Campaign Kickoff Reception for Illinois Supreme Court Candidate Rene Cruz. Rene Cruz is a candidate for the Illinois Supreme Court, 2nd District. Gil Law Group Building, 605 N. Broadway Ave., Aurora, 6-8pm.
Friday, 10/29: We ACT Panel: Conversation with Lake County Legislators Who Advocate for Change and Transformation. The Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office and A Safe Place/Lake County Crisis Center host a panel with State’s Attorney Eric Rinehart, Congressman Brad Schneider, State Senator Melinda Bush, and State Representative Joyce Mason. Attendees will learn about new domestic violence legislation. Event is at noon on Facebook and Zoom.
Saturday, 10/30: John Joanem for Judge – Afternoon Luncheon Tea Campaign Kickoff. Campaign kickoff for John Joanem, candidate for judge, Lake County Circuit. Onan’s Gold Pyramid House, 37921 N. Dilleys Rd., Wadsworth, 1-3pm.
