What:  The Campaign for Political Reform presents a panel discussion on ways to increase voter turnout and explore options including vote-by-mail and vote centers.  Panelists include: Jim Allen, Chicago Board of Elections; Calmetta Coleman, Chicago Urban League; Representative LaShawn Ford and Ami Gandhi, Chicago Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights; Amber McReynolds, National Vote at Home Institute & Coalition; and Noah Praetz, Cook County Clerk’s Office.
