Where: Milan Banquet Hall, 651 Lakehurst Rd., Waukegan, IL

What: Waukegan Township hosts the annual MLK Dreamers Breakfast.  Keynote speaker: Dr. Boyce Watkins, known as The People’s Scholar, whose primary focuses are economic empowerment, social justice, and education. The event features a reflection on the life of South African President Nelson Mandela.  Entertainment will be provided by The Remedy.
