Where: KAM Isaiah Israel Congregation, 1100 East Hyde Park Blvd., Chicago, IL  Parking at KAM is limited to those with accessibility concerns.  General parking lot at 50th & Greenwood.  Abundant street parking north and south of KAM.

What: A memorial celebrating the life and legacy of activism of Quentin D. Young, MD., founder of Health & Medicine Policy Research Group.
