Final Options Illinois Forum “Aid in Dying: The Ultimate Human Right”

Where: Countryside Unitarian Church, 1025 N. Smith St., Palatine, IL

What: Final Options Illinois presents “Aid in Dying: The Ultimate Human Right.” Speakers are board member Nancy Kloetzli and Bess Schenkier, Chicago coordinator of Compassion and Choices.  Attendees will be urged to support establishing the legal right to aid in dying in Illinois.  They will also learn about the Final Options Illinois bill to that effect, the “Illinois End of Life Choice Act.”

Free admission.  Plenty of free parking.
