Ambassador Matlock Speaking on Russia under Putin

Where: The Union League Club of Chicago, 65 West Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL

What: The Adlai Stevenson Center on Democracy presents Ambassador Jack Matlock at a luncheon program on Russia under Vladimir Putin and how to work with it. Amb. Matlock is a Visiting Scholar and Rubenstein Fellow at Duke University. He served as Ambassador to the Soviet Union from 1987 – 1991. In total, Matlock served in the U.S. Foreign Service for 35 years.
