PFLAG October Meeting Addresses Religious Pluralism, Islamophobia and Civil Rights

What: Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) hosts Malik Gillani, Executive Director of “Silk Road Rising” and Jamil Khoury, award winning playwright, filmmaker and essayist. Khoury will discuss and present video clips from his latest work in progress, “Mosque Alert,” a play that explores resistance to the building of mosques, focusing on a Christian and a Muslim family in Naperville, IL.
