What: A panel discussion of Illinois’ new medical marijuana program, moderated by State Senator Julie Morrison.  Panelists include: Bob Morgan, former Illinois Medical Cannabis Program Coordinator; Mitchell Kahn, Greenhouse Group, Dispensary; Ron Price, Bannockburn Police Chief, and Dr. Daniel Wynn, MD, ABSM, Neurologist, Consultants in Neurology.
