Citizen Action/Illinois Dinner Honors American Federation of Teachers President

Where:  Chicago Hilton & Towers, 720 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL

What: Citizen Action/Illinois’ annual 2015 dinner will honor AFT president Randi Weingarten.  She will be the first recipient of the newly renamed Egan-Evans Award, given in honor of the legacies of Msgr. Jack Egan and Congressman Lane Evans.  The evening will be a celebration of public education.
