What: The City of Waukegan, Waukegan Main Street and the Waukegan Bike Project seek to promote greater public awareness of bicycle operation and safety education in an effort to reduce accidents and injuries suffered by the bicycling enthusiasts in our community. Come out be part of the inaugural Bike the Amstutz. IDOT has given permission to close the highway so that visitors can utilize the complete length of the Amstutz from Greenwood to Genesee Street.
