City of Chicago Discussion of November Ballot Resolution on Citizens United

Whether you live in Chicago or not, please join Move to Amend Greater Chicago, Common Cause Illinois, Public Citizen and more groups to hear discussion of a non-binding resolution to be placed on the City of Chicago ballot in November asking its citizens if they accept or reject the idea of “corporations having the same rights as people and money equaling speech (giving them the power to buy elections.) The resolution will be presented by Alderman Joe Moore, 49th Ward, and 40 or more cosponsors.
